I LOVE summer meal prep! These beautiful ingredients (who grew that pretty basil? I did!) plus whole wheat cheese tortellini, spinach, parmesan, and a vinegary dressing equals the most lovely summer dinner.
We had a variation on this tonight. Linguine instead of tortellini, broccoli and cauliflower instead of asparagus–well, your picture inspired me anyway. You should have photocards at the grocery store to inspire shoppers.

And soon you’ll have your own home grown cherry tomatoes! It looks like summer!
